Justin Thomas founded Rock N Roll Trees in 2022 after years of hands-on experience in the tree care industry, both in Europe and the U.S. Originally from Germany, he moved to the U.S. in 2019, bringing with him expert climbing and tree care skills, including professional rope training through Germany’s top-tier SKT program at the Nürnberger Schule. This rigorous course focused on safe climbing, aerial rescue, and tree risk awareness, all grounded in strict European tree care standards.

After working for several U.S. tree companies, Justin saw how often speed, upsells, and risky shortcuts were prioritized over quality and worker safety. That inspired him to create a better kind of company — one that values proper pruning, safe removals, and honest work. As a veteran and trained climber, Justin brings discipline, care, and deep respect to every job.
